Advances on commission

Aluma offers advisors an option for an advance on commission payments to assist with cash flow needs

Bi-monthly or monthly comm

Two payments are made per month, On the 15th and the last day of the month. Should additional payments be required, an advance payment can be requested to assist with cash flow.

No admin or desk fees

Aluma doesn’t charge you any desk or administrative fees, our seat at the table is completely free.

Compliance Support

1. Act under supervision until found competent – Fit & Proper (FAIS)
You will be provided with a full-time supervisor who will do post transaction sampling or joint calls until the supervision period is over.

2. Stay updated with legislation and FAIS regulations
This includes internal training conducted by onsite staff and external compliance officers to ensure you are always up-to-date with regulations in the industry.

3. Remain relevant and competent in terms of FAIS Fit & Proper
We guide and assist you with the necessary training and notifications to ensure you have completed your class of business, CPD points and product-specific training as and when needed.

As a tied financial advisor for Aluma, you will be marketing specific products from our valued partner Discovery. Along with this product offering, you are guaranteed 100% commission and no desk fee! Our service and support to you are absolutely free. As an added advantage, you can partner up with an IFA in order to ensure that your clients have full access to all our valued partner options. A referral agreement will be set up on your behalf for a shared commission.
